Announcing the release of the World Vaccine Congress Europe 2014 event brochure
You gave feedback; we listened. For the 2014 World Vaccine Congress on 13-15 October in Brussels, the programme is derived directly from the feedback given from previous events.
You said: It is difficult to justify time out of the office and investing in events that aren’t directly relevant.
We listened: Multiple tracks focusing on different research areas and phases within vaccine development and manufacture mean you can tailor three days which are directly relevant to your day-to-day work.
You said: You wanted more pharma and biotech representatives.
We listened: With over 30 representatives from big pharma and small- to mid-cap biotechs already confirmed to attend as part of the speaker faculty there is already a strong presence from these key stakeholders.
You said: You wanted to see more about projects which are in the development and manufacturing stage.
We listened: Tracks on clinical trials and process development & manufacture guarantee these issues will be discussed by companies working on candidates at this stage.
You said: There wasn’t enough diversity in the speaker profiles.
We listened: A speaker faculty of over 65 representatives has been confirmed involving big pharma, small to mid-cap biotechs, academics, government agencies, non-profit organisations, CROs, CMOs and EQMs from Europe, US and RoW.
You said: 2 days wasn’t enough time to network.
We listened: Three days’ worth of content will be accompanied by three days’ worth of networking through extended networking breaks and lunches, drinks receptions, Scientific Poster sessions and a solution-provider exhibition of leading suppliers.
You said: The venue wasn’t a great fit and Lille was hard to get to.
We listened: The World Vaccine Congress has a new home in the Sheraton Airport Hotel in Brussels, Belgium for ease of access no matter where in the world you are coming from.
