The World Vaccine Congress & Expo has recently donated towards the GAVI Campaign, a US Charitable mission that supports immunization programs in developing countries and help protect children in the world’s poorest countries from vaccine-preventable diseases. The GAVI Campaign supports the GAVI Alliance.

The World Vaccine Congress & Expo's donation has helped vaccinate a whole village in Southern Ethiopia with the Rotavirus 2-dose schedule. The initiative is part of an annual campaign by the World Vaccine Congress to make a difference in the developing World.

With over 800 attendees planned at this year's congress, taking place on the 16-18 April, we`re also asking our attendees to join us in reaching our target of vaccinating a further 2 villages in the coming months.

Details of all donations and the benefitting villages will be listed on the 2014 congress website under our ‘Supporting Immunization' page once the website goes live in mid April.

We aim to make this an annual initiative so we'll keep you updated throughout the coming year.

Kind Regards,
